AI Off The Market
The whole time Iverson was being mentioned in deals especially with the Boston Celtics, I felt all disgusted about it. I even made a post about it before, saying the Sixers should just keep him. Well that’s what eventually happened since Sixers GM Billy King announced AI is not being dealt anywhere anymore. He’s off the market. He’s staying!
“Allen and I have talked about it, and he wants to be here and is excited to be playing for us.”
King said he is “still working the phones, talking to people [about prospective deals].”
“We’re trying to do what’s best to make us a better ballclub,” he said. “That’s not including Allen in our discussions.”
There you go! Treat your star with respect. If he wants to retire a Sixer, do your darnest to respect that wish!

Iverson is not going anywhere, but that does not mean that he doesn’t deserve too. A.I deserves an organization that is committed to winning

For now the Iverson trade talk is on hold in the world. If the Sixer’s have an bad record by the allstar break. Allen Iverson is history in Philly. And if they do keep him for the whole season he better get Philly to the playoffs. If he dosen’t make the playoffs 2006-2007 will be his last year in Philly. And he won’t be alone the same will go for Garnet, and J,Oneal> Your going to hear alot from me this upcoming NBA season lol.
